It however noted that the efforts of the Convention are just but the beginning of a long way to go. They will ensure that cyber-crimes are checked. This war will be won when al stakeholders come together and with persistent and rigorous measures, it is possible that the adverse effects of cyber-crimes will finally be put to rest
