From the correlation table above, there is weak relationship between the total service provided in the North Carolina and the educational programs in place to address domestic violence. This is because the correlation is statistically insignificant at 5% level. However, there is a positive correlation on the number of service provided to the total number of educational programs provided in the States. This implies that the increased number of services requires government to enhance educational services to match them with the needs of people. For instance, the information services provided by the state in the entire county required government to put in place supportive educational programs that will aid in smooth transition of the service. The existence of the weak positive correlation of the service provision and the educational program implies that, by government investing on one area there will be no serious repercussions on the people of North Carolina.
